Order Processing
After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. During sales, holidays, or new releases, processing may take slightly longer — we'll email you if there's a delay.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
Pre-Order Items
Some Products are offered as pre-orders before they are in stock. Each pre-order item has an estimated shipping date listed on its product page.
Please note:
- Estimated pre-order dates are approximate and may shift due to production, supplier, or logistics delays beyond our control.
- If there's a significant delay, we'll email you with an update.
- Mixed orders (pre-order + in-stock items) ship together once the pre-order item is ready. If you'd like your in-stock items shipped first, please place them as a separate order.
- You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships.
Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on destination and shipping method. Estimated times after shipment:

These are estimates from carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping starts at $3.99. The exact cost is calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method.
International Orders
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees charged by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
shop.littlebig.band has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. For details, please contact your local customs office before ordering.
Delays caused by customs inspection are also outside our control.
Delivery Address
Your order will be delivered to the address provided at checkout, typically via your local postal service to the nearest post office or directly to your door, depending on the carrier.
Please double-check your address before submitting your order — we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors and household members.
- Contact your local post office with the tracking number.
- If it's still missing after 7 days, email us at shop@littlebig.band and we'll help investigate.
For packages confirmed lost by the carrier, we'll issue a full refund or send a replacement.
