Refund policy

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After this period, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Clothing that has been washed or worn will not be accepted. Music, media, and accessories must be unopened and unused.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Sale items (only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds)

Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be granted in these cases:

  • The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at shop@littlebig.band to request a return form.
  2. Complete the form and include it with your return.
  3. Use the original packaging when possible.
  4. Ship your item to:

Please do not send your return to the manufacturer.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the item is defective or was shipped by mistake. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for undamaged or correctly shipped items.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Haven't received your refund yet?

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank — processing can take additional time.
  4. If you've done all of the above and still haven't received your refund, email us at shop@littlebig.band.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, email us at shop@littlebig.band and ship the item to the address above.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you: you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once we receive the returned item.
  • If the item wasn't marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves: the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
